Finish Result Prezi in Articulate

These are the steps to follow in order to embed an offline Prezi in Articulate:

This is a detailed tutorial



1. Download your Prezi (obvious I know)
2. Extract the contents of the downloaded Prezi...
You'll have have a "Data" folder "Prezi.app" folder and the "prezi.exe"
3. Download the attached file and extract its contents to the same folder. This has the Prezi.swf and an index.html needed to embed the Prezi in Articulate

4. Fire up Articulate and from The Articulate menu select "web object"

5. Using the button next to the "address" field ...browser and select the folder where the prezi is located.

6. Thats it.

This will load the index.html in this folder which has a redirect to the prezi.swf and you are good to go.

How do you enable the "Fullscreen" button in prezi swf player that is embeded in the html file. When you open the prezi swf file directly the "Fullscreen" button works. But when you open the HTML file the "Fullscreen" button does not work. It is visible and you can click it, but nothing happens--it doesn't go to fullscreen. Is there an html line that needs to be added to the HTML file to enable it?

Hi

I intentionally disabled the "go fullscreen" in the demo example but you can easily change this to allow you viewers to click the prezi full screen button. This is an older version of prezi shown in the demo but this also works for new version.

in the index.html declare the following:

<pram name="allowfullscreen" value="true"/>

Sorry if I sound like an idiot, but where and How should I add the parameter? The current HTML in the index.html file is below:

Ive created a prezi using latest version and included all parm's

Just fire up the index.html and click the full screen button

Just adjust to suit your needs

if you are testing on your localhost or on a PC make sure to set your flash security settings for the file or folder.
